All content included on the Together Hub mobile application (the "App") and the website located at togetherhub.tech (collectively, the "Service"), including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, digital downloads, data compilations, software, and the compilation thereof, is the property of Together Hub or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright laws, treaties, and conventions.
The selection, arrangement, and presentation of all content on the Service, including but not limited to the user interface design, layout, look and feel, and functionality, is the exclusive property of Together Hub and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
2. Trademarks
"Together Hub," the Together Hub logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks or service marks of Together Hub. You may not use such marks without the prior written permission of Together Hub. All other names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans on the Service are the trademarks of their respective owners.
Any unauthorized use of Together Hub's trademarks, service marks, or logos may constitute a violation of federal and state trademark laws and may result in legal action.
3. Permitted Use
Subject to your compliance with these terms and all applicable laws, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:
- Access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use as intended through the normal functionality of the App and website.
- Share invite links generated by the App with others for the purpose of inviting them to join your groups on the Service.
- Link to the Together Hub website from your own website or social media accounts, provided that such linking is done in a way that is fair and legal and does not damage our reputation or take advantage of it.
4. Prohibited Use
Without the prior written consent of Together Hub, you may not:
- Copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any content from the Service in any form or by any means, including but not limited to electronic, mechanical, photocopying, recording, or otherwise.
- Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the Service or its underlying software.
- Use any data mining, robots, spiders, scrapers, or similar automated data gathering or extraction methods to collect content or data from the Service.
- Download, store, or cache any content from the Service other than content you have created through normal use of the App (your own User Content).
- Use Together Hub's name, logo, branding, or any of its trademarks or service marks in any advertising, publicity, or promotional materials without prior written consent.
- Frame or mirror any part of the Service on any other website or application without our prior written authorization.
- Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights notices incorporated in or accompanying the Service or any content displayed through the Service.
5. User Content
You retain full ownership of all content you create, upload, or share through the Service ("User Content"), including but not limited to lists, events, meals, trip itineraries, notes, and profile information.
By submitting User Content to the Service, you grant Together Hub a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, and display your User Content solely for the purpose of operating, providing, and improving the Service. This license is limited to what is necessary to deliver the Service to you and your group members, and it terminates when you delete your content or account, except as otherwise required by law or as necessary to fulfill our legal obligations.
6. Third-Party Content
The Service may incorporate content, services, or technology from third parties. All third-party content is the property of its respective owners and is used in accordance with applicable licenses and agreements. Third-party services integrated with Together Hub include:
- AI features (Anthropic): AI-generated content within the Service is powered by Anthropic's Claude API. AI-generated outputs are provided for informational purposes and are subject to Anthropic's terms of service and usage policies.
- Calendar synchronization (Google and Apple): Calendar data synced through Google Calendar or Apple Calendar remains the property of the respective user and is subject to Google's and Apple's respective terms of service.
- Advertising (Google AdMob): Advertisements displayed on the free tier of the Service are served by Google AdMob and are subject to Google's advertising terms and policies.
Together Hub does not claim ownership of any third-party content and is not responsible for the accuracy, legality, or appropriateness of any third-party content or services.
7. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA)
Together Hub respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 ("DMCA"), we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement that are reported to our designated copyright agent.
If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and is accessible through the Service, please send a written notice to our designated copyright agent at support@togetherhub.tech with the following information:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity, and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material (such as a URL or description of where the content appears).
- Your contact information, including your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will take appropriate action, which may include removing or disabling access to the allegedly infringing content and, where appropriate, terminating repeat infringers' accounts.
8. Reporting Infringement
If you believe that any content on the Service infringes your copyright or other intellectual property rights, or if you become aware of content on the Service that you believe infringes the rights of a third party, please report it to us immediately at support@togetherhub.tech. We take all reports of intellectual property infringement seriously and will investigate and respond to all valid notices in a timely manner.
Please note that submitting a false or misleading claim of copyright infringement may result in liability under Section 512(f) of the DMCA and may subject you to legal consequences.
