All content included on the Together Hub mobile application (the "App") and the website located at togetherhub.tech (collectively, the "Service"), including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, digital downloads, data compilations, software, and the compilation thereof, is the property of Together Hub or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright laws, treaties, and conventions.

The selection, arrangement, and presentation of all content on the Service, including but not limited to the user interface design, layout, look and feel, and functionality, is the exclusive property of Together Hub and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

"Together Hub," the Together Hub logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks or service marks of Together Hub. You may not use such marks without the prior written permission of Together Hub. Any unauthorized use of Together Hub's trademarks, service marks, or logos may constitute a violation of federal and state trademark laws and may result in legal action.

By submitting User Content to the Service, you grant Together Hub a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, and display your User Content solely for the purpose of operating, providing, and improving the Service. This license is limited to what is necessary to deliver the Service to you and your group members, and it terminates when you delete your content or account, except as otherwise required by law or as necessary to fulfill our legal obligations.

Together Hub respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 ("DMCA"), we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement that are reported to our designated copyright agent.
